YOBE STATE EMIR LOSE LIFE IN GHASTLY ACCIDENT



The Emir of Ngelzarma in Fune Local Government Area of Yobe State, Alhaji Mahammadu Mai Yeri Ibn Isa II was on Monday killed in a ghastly motor accident in Gerei, Adamawa State. The Secretary of the Emirate Council, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn Mai Yeri , confirmed the death to newsmen stating that the traditional ruler is survived by two wives and 13 children.

He became an Emir on November 1st 2003

He will be buried tomorrow at his home town, Ngelzarma according to Islamic rites.
